Hi! I’m

Candace Legault

Registered Provisional Psychologist, CCTS-I

A mental health therapist and neurospicy human with anxious tendencies helping others reconnect with themselves and make meaning of their existence.

From Corporate Burnout to Soul-Led Healing

After over a decade in the oil and gas world, I hit a wall. Burnout took over—focus, sleep, joy… all out of reach. And honestly? I had no clue why.

Then, in 2018, a car accident changed everything. Left with a chronic back injury, I started searching for real ways to heal—body, mind, and spirit. That journey shaped who I am today.

Now, I support people who know what burnout, stress, anxiety, and chronic pain really feel like. Whether you’re hustling in corporate, serving as a first responder or frontline worker, or navigating life after military service (my dad’s a veteran, so I understand that world too), I’m here for you.

I’m passionate about helping folks heal from relational trauma—caregiver neglect, sexual abuse, domestic violence—and guiding them back to their bodies and into their power.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll find me at home with my healthcare hero partner and a cuddle puddle of cats, binge-watching reality TV (Housewives, Bachelorette, The Challenge—you name it). Movement is my jam, but so is sinking into that cozy couch time.

Oh, and yes—I go to therapy too. Because no one really has it all figured out.

I’m also a sucker for psychological thrillers and a reluctant coffee lover learning to ease up on the caffeine (anxiety struggles, you know?). Animal lover alert: cats, horses, and pandas have my heart—because who doesn’t love a mischievous, walking marshmallow?

I’m not everyone’s cup of tea, but if you’re ready for deep, honest work and think we might vibe, I offer a 45-minute complimentary consultation. Let’s test the waters and see if we’re a fit.
